  • Wilderness Programs Specialist at Cranbrook Schools

  • Wilderness Director for Horizons-Upward Bound (students with limited opportunities from the Detroit Area)

For over 20 years, I’ve been helping human-beings of all ages throughout the Detroit area grow, learn, and thrive. My work is rooted in life coaching, language education, and nature-based skills, all designed to support self-discovery, confidence, and resilience.

As a life coach, I guide clients through personal and professional challenges by identifying core obstacles and creating personalized growth plans. Whether you’re working through emotional blocks, seeking greater self-awareness, or aiming to reach specific goals, I provide the tools and support you need to move forward with purpose.

I teach Spanish to learners of all ages, combining cultural immersion with practical communication to make language learning accessible and enjoyable.

I offer wilderness & survival skills training, helping people connect with nature, build self-reliance, and develop practical outdoor abilities that foster inner strength and mindfulness.

Together, we’ll expand your awareness, step beyond your comfort zone, and tap into your full potential—mentally, emotionally, and physically.
